| The forcast is out and the day of the wedding should be beautiful! 0% chance of rain, mostly sunny high of 96! It's going to be hot but it's going to be beautiful! Yay for outside pictures! One more hurdle is gone! | | |
| 11 days remaining...
Yes, that's right. In eleven short days I will officially be a married woman. Everything here is incredibly hectic and quite honestly, I'm afraid I'm going to forget something major but...I have a dress, a future spouse, a preacher, and some witnesses so no matter what happens there will be a wedding. August 6th, I will be married.
We're going to the hill country for our honeymoon. We're spending two nights at the Crowne Plaza on the Riverwalk and then we're driving to Austin where we will spend a night at Barton Creek Golf Resort and Spa where Jason and I will play a round of golf on Texas' number one golf course! How cool is that?
Anyway, I have six more working days until the big day. Wednesday of next week is my last day in the office and I will return Thursday of the following week. I really don't know what I'm going to do once the wedding is over with. Honestly, I don't. That's all I seem to talk about lately. Wedding this, wedding that. That's all anyone asks about. A little peace will be nice once this all blows over.
If you'd like to see mine and Jason's engagement photos visit www.printroom.com, click on find photos in the upper right hand corner of the screen and then type in picturethisphoto in the user field. I think mine and Jason's engagment photo shoot is on the second or third page, you might have to look a little to find them. Anywho, the only thing that's left is picking a song for us to dance to and I guess that's it. At least, I think it is. I'm not accustomed to all the attention I'm getting, but I guess that's what happens when the biggest day of your life is quickly approaching.
| I found a job. Did I tell anyone that? I'm now the WalkAmerica Coordinator for the March of Dimes and I absolutely love it.
The wedding is just around the corner.17 days to be exact. I'm so incredibly excited I don't even know what to do. Everything is incredibly hectic. Ahhhhh!
| The geese that live on the golf course by our apartment had babies. Four geese are the proud parents of 15 babies. Wow, they're cute. I have this giant soft spot for baby anything, espeically birds. Their feathers are all fluffy and such. They're adorable.
Wedding plans are coming along nicely. I'm about a quarter of the way through with addressing invitations. They take forever. Everything is starting to really come together. I can't wait, its going to be beautiful, and fun! Weeee!
| So, things are going well here in Dallas. Jason's job is going good. The apartment is coming together. Unfortunately, this past weekend Jason's Grandmom passed away. I don't really want to go into it because every time I talk about it, it just makes me sad. I've been telling everyone about it and quite honestly, I'm tired of talking about it. So instead, I'm going to talk about something happy. I'm going to talk about how much I love Jason because I do. I love everything about him. Even the things I hate about him, I love, because they're what make him Jason. I'm absolutely thrilled that I get to spend the rest of my life loving him. When I think about that it makes me happy. It makes me so happy, I get almost giddy. I think about how lucky I am. I like being happy. I like being happy about my life situation. I like my apartment, I like not having a job (though, I'm ready for a new one if anyone out there has any suggestions). I love my kitties. They make me happy. I love writing in my online journal. I highly suggest for everyone to get one. They're a great way to relieve tension and to vent. Not to mention a wonderful way to keep in touch with friends. I recommend them to everyone. | | |
